Remarkably the decade-long Ultra Korea music event, presented in Incheon has passed by in the blink of an eye. 3-days of musical indulgence, gravitating thousands of electronic music fans to groove by their dance anthems and an amazing lineup of DJs are promised by Ultra Korea 2024.

Headlining the acts for Ultra Korea 2024 were the likes of Armin van Buuren. As the clock struck 9.45pm, Armin grace the Main stage with a monumental intro
“Armin van Buuren & Moby – Extreme Ways” with Moby’s glitched face. The Armada founder featured all of his classics but also modern reworks of the records.
There were a total of 3 different stages, the aptly named Ultra Mainstage featuring the big name DJ’s like the Canadian electronic music producer Joel Zimmerman, known as Deadmau5, Dutch DJ and producer duo W&W and bass DJ and producer NGHTMRE. The other stage called Resistance Korea featured Ultra’s house and techno brand DJ’s, and the last stage was called UMF Radio, which featured talented DJ’s who were local to Korea.

With Alesso and the Dutch legend Afrojack thrown into the mix for Day 2, it was no surprise that a huge crowd turned up to the Ultra Mainstage to witness and revel in the might of these 2 DJs. Afrojack gave the crowd his masterpiece set, featuring his incredible sense of timing which put the crowd into a “house”, with music flowing seamlessly from angry fast-paced sets, to that of calm and serene ones, Afrojack truly made the crowd his. Not only that, the iconic Swedish record producer Alesso’s set might be abit stale for now, but when it comes to giving a set which combines house and pure EDM, there is no one in the world who is better than Alesso.

As the third day of Ultra Korea 2024 came, the crowd were ready to give it their all. Closing out the three-day festival will be legandary Swedish House Mafia. Fans spend the night embracing and losing their voices singing along to Heaven Takes You Home, Don’t You Worry Child, and Save The World.
With that, Ultra Korea 2024 came to a heart wrenching close. For those who were in attendance, kudos to you, for you have experienced another amazing music festival organized by Ultra.
